One Day At A Time, Inc. is a non-profit community-based youth services provider serving youth and families living in Prince George’s County, Maryland. We specialize in Global Workforce Readiness, Life Skills, Family Support Services, Youth Mentoring, Academic Remediation, Teen Pregnancy Prevention, Image Consuliting, and Health and Fitness Training programs.
One Day At A Time, Inc, has partnered with community leaders, business owners, and local residence to create management processes, agree to implementation logistics, and more importantly, to raise funds for the development of the Accokeek Solace Community Center planned for Accokeek, Maryland.
We need to raise $2,500,000.00 to design, engineer, construct, and open the doors of the Accokeek Solace Community Center. Once opened memberships, annual fundraisers, grants, and corporate sponsorships will generate the annual revenue needed for economic sustainability.
One Day At A Time is working to host and launch a series of fundraisers that will be held between January 2011 and September 2012. Your tax-deductible donations and contributions will go a long ways towards helping us meet our financial goals for this much-needed community center.
